Time to Party!

My week...lets see, to say the least it was a tiring one. My friend Barb and her boyfriend arrived Saturday to stay the week with me. That ment Saturday night was the night to kick back and have a fun start to their week of vacation and my week of work! My manager, Joe, ended up joining us that night. I made meatball sandwiches for dinner, and Joe was in charge of making the drinks. If you want to know how the bottle of wine was, ask joe - he is the only one that would know! I would have to say he liked it - to say the least! It was a great night of signing and dancing. Yes, four idiots were dancing fools in my small little apt!! We should go on tour! After that night, the week was another week of work for me. I spent monday at mom and dad's new house listening to Dummer (one of the moving idiots) inform everyone that he was working with that their world wouldn't survive with out him in it. Lets just say by the end of the day he didn't really care for me. It's safe to say that Dummer and I just didn't get along. I am just hoping I wasn't a pain in the butt to mom and dady - I hope I was somewhat of a help.

All the exciting events happened in the beginning of the week - the rest was pretty uneventful. I spent Thursday, my other day off, with Barb and her boyfriend - Tom. We went to the air and space museum in Dulles. Grandpa would have loved to see all those planes - it was pretty neat. This morning company left, so now my apt seems pretty empty. Well I best get back to the world of cleaning before I head off to work. As for tomorrow - off to mom and dad's to help unpack. (I am really hoping for a pancake breakfast though - but don't tell!) And just so you know, Dummer loved to see how much paper he could put in each box. It is unbelieveable the amount of paper he used. But hey - life as we know it couldn't exist with out him!
